This Committee supports the healthy functioning of Clubs, putting the growth and value of every member at the centre. It provides strategic support, training and problem-solving. By promoting Rotarian culture and fellowship, it strengthens internal cohesion, a sense of belonging and interclub collaboration. It encourages the recruitment of new members and the development of leadership skills, establishing Internal Action as a cornerstone of the Rotaract experience.
Professional Action
This Committee promotes high ethical standards in the practice of every profession, valuing work as a tool of service to the community. It gives members the tools for career guidance and the development of transferable skills. Through meetings with businesses, training paths and a solid network of mentorship and networking with Rotary, the Committee supports the aspirations of young people, encouraging them to put their professional skills at the service of District 2050's projects.
Public Interest Action
This Committee coordinates and promotes initiatives aimed at improving the local and global community. It concretely supports Clubs at every stage of their projects, facilitating access to grants and ensuring the effectiveness of district, national and international service. Through a thorough survey of the territory's needs and the provision of strategic guidelines, it directs members' commitment toward a tangible social impact, responding promptly and responsibly to the community's challenges.
International Action
This Committee promotes understanding, tolerance and peace among peoples, expanding the vision of service beyond national borders. It guides members in exploring Rotaract's international opportunities, facilitating interclub twinnings, cooperative projects and access to Rotary Foundation programmes. It acts as a point of reference for welcoming international members and for participation in European events. Through cultural exchanges, on-the-ground initiatives and collaboration with E.R.I.C., it shapes citizens of the world guided by the values of friendship and global solidarity.
Youth Action
This Committee recognises the fundamental role of service in young people's lives, fostering their ethical and social growth. It acts as a link between Rotary, Rotaract and Interact, supporting Clubs in developing projects and promoting leadership. It manages key training moments to deepen understanding of the organisation. Through active-citizenship paths and cultural exchanges, the Committee accompanies new generations, preserving and passing on the values of the Rotary family.

This Committee safeguards and promotes the District's public image, highlighting members' commitment and the impact of service projects on the territory. It offers strategic and graphic support to Clubs and Zones, curating the digital presence on social channels and web platforms. Through impactful content, dynamic editorial plans and coordinated storytelling, the Committee strengthens public relations and spreads Rotaract culture. It turns communication into a tool for engagement and outreach, ensuring authority, transparency and visibility for the organisation's values.
Culture
This Committee supports the enhancement of artistic and intellectual heritage, recognising culture as a primary factor of personal and social growth. It encourages and coordinates projects that promote local excellence among members and in the communities they serve. It supports Club initiatives, creating synergies and spaces for outreach. Through paths dedicated to art and knowledge, it nurtures young people's sensitivity, strengthening the close bond between Rotaract's action and the richness of local identities.
Dispute Resolution, Bylaws and Budget
This Committee acts as a body of guarantee, transparency and fairness safeguarding the District, overseeing compliance with the bylaws and the accuracy of accounts. It is responsible for interpreting the Bylaws and settling disputes of district-wide interest or internal to individual Clubs, upon request of the parties involved, Club Presidents or the District Representative. Through budget oversight and impartial arbitration, it ensures administrative rigour and statutory compliance, preserving harmony, legality and stability within the association's life.
