Every member's and guest's attendance must be recorded with a signature in the signature book (or "wheel").
The signature round starts with the person seated to the President's left and continues clockwise. Once the head table has signed — except for the President, who signs last — the round continues with the other guests; it closes with the President's signature.
The Prefect is responsible for the signature round.
Note: for an official visit by the District Representative, the President signs first and the District Representative signs last.
