At every official Club meeting, the club banner or roll-up must be displayed as a symbol of the association. It should be placed behind the President or, if space is limited, to their left. On formal occasions, the roll-up does not replace the banner.
It is good practice to also place the club pennant, on its stand, at the centre of the head table.
